175 ml milk
250 g butter
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
150 g rosin
70 ml rum
50 g
lemon 50 g orange
50 g butter (for brushing)
50 g icing sugar (for sprinkling)
100 g almonds (chopped)
