Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

In a bowl, beat the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the Layers:

Spread the chilled chocolate pudding layer over the cheesecake layer.
Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
