Sugar-Free Apple and Cinnamon Jam: A Tasty and Healthy Delight

1. Prepare the Apples

  • Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them, and remove the seeds.
  • Chop the apples into small cubes to ensure even cooking.

2. Cook the Apples

  • In a large pot, combine the apple cubes, water, and lemon juice.
