Strawberries in Cream

* 500 g of Gariguette strawberries
* 33 cl of full cream 30% / 35%
* 1 vanilla pod (optional)
* 40g of icing sugar
Recipe
* Rinse the strawberries under running water, dry them and hull them.
* Cut them into pieces and set aside.

* Whip the whole cream until it is 80% firm, add the vanilla and then the icing sugar.
* Fill a piping bag with whipped cream.
* In each verrine, add a few strawberries and cover with whipped cream.
* Decorate with a strawberry and a fresh mint leaf.
* Place in the fridge until tasting.
