Soft Lemon Cookies Recipe
Mix the dry ingredients :
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
Shaping the Biscuits :
Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Cook :
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Sprinkle with icing sugar :
Once cooled, sprinkle the cookies with icing sugar before serving.
