Preheat smoker to 275°F, add apple or hickory wood.
Mix dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
Prep ribs by removing the silver skin. Apply hot sauce and then the dry rub. Let sit for 45 minutes.
Smoke ribs for 2.5-3 hours, spritzing with apple cider vinegar every 45 minutes.
Wrap ribs in foil with butter, brown sugar, and honey; smoke for another 1.5-2 hours.
Mix sauce ingredients and apply to ribs. Smoke for another 20-30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
