1- in a bowl, mix the ricotta, well drained, with a hand whisk, together with the sugar and vanilla extract
2- add the egg and mix well
3- incorporate the flour mixed with the yeast and mix all the ingredients well
4- with wet hands, take small quantities of dough and form balls of about 20g and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper
5- bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 15-20 minutes
6- once ready, let them cool and then sprinkle them with powdered sugar before serving. They can be kept for a maximum of 2 days
