Raspberry Chocolate Lava Cupcakes
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2-3 minutes before stirring until smooth. Stir in the raspberry jam.
