Quick Chocolate Banana Treat

Mix the chocolate with the banana mixture:
Pour the melted chocolate into the banana and egg mixture. Stir quickly to incorporate before the chocolate begins to set.
Cook the mixture:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour the banana and chocolate mixture into the skillet, spreading it out into a thin layer. Bake for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until firm and lightly browned.
Prepare the chocolate coating:
While the cake is baking, melt the remaining 30g of chocolate in the microwave, following the same procedure as before.
Serve:
Once cooked, transfer the chocolate banana treat to a plate. Drizzle with melted chocolate coating and add a dash of Greek yogurt on the side.
