180 g whole cane sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
200 g ground almonds
80 g spelt flakes
150 ml neutral cooking oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
200 g wheat flour (type 405)
Β½ pack baking powder
Some flour and butter for the mold
FOR THE FROSTING
200 g powdered sugar
150 g butter
100 g Cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
