Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Initial Mixture

  • Combine the milk, cornstarch, butter, and salt in a blender.
  • Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2. Cook the Mixture

  • Pour the blended mixture into a large saucepan.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese (grated or chopped) to the saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or lumps.
  • Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes uniform. Ensure you cook it thoroughly to eliminate the raw taste of cornstarch.

3. Mold the Cheese

  • Transfer the hot mixture into prepared molds or containers.
  • Press the mixture firmly using a spoon to remove air bubbles and create an even surface.

4. Cool and Set

  • Let the cheese cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until the cheese is firm and set.

5. Unmold and Serve
