Pineapple Paradise Cake

While the cake cools, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined. If the frosting is too thick, add milk a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Once the cakes are completely cool, spread one layer with cream cheese frosting, place the second layer on top, and frost the top and sides of the cake.
