The Piedmontese salad is a seasonal salad made up of potatoes, tomatoes… It is often served with a light vinaigrette and is a perfect choice for a light and healthy lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- For the salad
- 600 g potatoes (charlottes)
- 400g tomatoes
- 100 g pickles
- 200g ham
- 4 eggs For the mayonnaise sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 20g mustard
- 1 cl of vinegar
- 30 cl of oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
