Orange Cream Delight

500ml of milk
150g sugar
4 egg yolks
50g cornstarch
Grated zest of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 oranges
To decorate:
Powdered sugar
Candied orange peel (optional)
Preparation:

Base: Finely chop the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and press it well on the bottom.
