Orange Cookies Recipe

Instructions:
Mix the flour with the salt and baking powder.

Add the butter and stir with your fingers to form crumbs.
In another bowl, add the sugar, orange zest, lemon zest, egg and lemon juice. Whisk all ingredients together.

Add the egg mixture to the butter-flour mixture and knead.

The kneaded dough should be smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Flatten each ball a little, fill the middle with jam and spread it out again.

Roll the balls in powdered sugar and then in powdered sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
