Olivier Salad: The Tasty and Creamy Potato Salad Recipe
Preparation
Remove the ends of the carrot, peel it and chop it.
Cube the boiled potatoes.
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Boil the carrots.
Hard boil an egg.
Cut the hard-boiled egg into cubes.
In a large bowl, add the chopped ham, potatoes, carrots, egg, drained and chopped pickles, and diced sweet onion. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
Serve and enjoy!
