Step 1
Wash and chop veggies roughly
Step 2
– Heat oil in a pressure cooker
– Add garlic , ginger, BayLeaf, pepper, Onion , tomato , carrots and beet root
– Roast a minute
– add water , cover the lid and cook 7-8 minutes
– allow to cool itself
Step 3
– Open the lid and grind everything well
– strain
– cook again and add salt, pepper & butter
– bring boil
– after it starts boiling , off the flame
– Red Soup is ready serve hot
