NO-BAKE PECAN COCONUT PRALINE COOKIES

Directions:
1. Prepare the Cookie Mixture:
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and salt.
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
Let boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.

2. Add Flavor and Texture:
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Mix in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans until well combined.

3. Shape the Cookies:
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
Flatten slightly if desired to create a cookie shape.

4. Cool and Set:
Allow the cookies to cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
