No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake

Prepare the cookies:Pour the Oreo cookies into a ziplock bag and crush them into smaller pieces using a rolling pin. 🍪💥
Leave some pieces a little larger for texture and decoration later.
Assemble the icebox cake:Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan or dish. 🍰
Add a layer of Oreo cookies, arranging them so they cover the bottom of the pan. 🍪
Spoon some of the whipped cream over the cookies, smoothing it into an even layer. 🧁
Sprinkle some crushed Oreos and funfetti cake mix (dry) on top for color and texture. 🎉
Repeat layering: whipped cream, cookies, and sprinkles until all ingredients are used.
Chill the cake:Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. 🕑
