No-Bake Cheesecake Bars Recipe

1. Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, mix the Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the crumbs are completely coated with butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch rectangular dish to form an even layer. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to press it down firmly.
Place the dish in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese and mix until well combined and smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well incorporated. Be careful not to overmix to keep the texture light and airy.
