Mascarpone Tiramisu Christmas Log: The Perfect Festive Dessert
Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, turn the biscuit over onto a damp tea towel. Remove the baking paper and roll the biscuit with the tea towel. Leave to cool.
2. Prepare the mascarpone cream:
In a bowl, whip the very cold liquid cream into whipped cream.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone.
3. Assemble the log:
Unroll the cooled biscuit and soak it in cooled coffee using a brush.
Spread a generous layer of mascarpone cream over the entire surface.
Roll the biscuit up again, tightly. Cover the outside with the remaining cream.
