Preparation :
First heat your oven to 180°.

Then slice the onion, cut the pepper and leek into small pieces, drain and crumble the tuna.

Then in a salad bowl mix the eggs with the flour, milk, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Then add the tuna and leek with pepper on top and mix everything well.

Pour the contents of the salad bowl into a pie dish, sprinkle with the cheese then place in the oven to cook for 35 minutes.
