Oreo crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pan.
Cheese filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Stir in lemon extract and zest. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the sour cream and heavy cream. Mix in the melted white chocolate. (Add yellow food coloring for a vibrant touch!)
Baking: Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 55-60 min until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door open for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Garnish: Before serving, add the lemon curd on top, and decorate with lemon slices and Oreos. Ready to enjoy!
Total time: 6 hours 20 minutes (but worth every second!)
