¼ cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Lemon Icing:
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (adjust for desired consistency)
