Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the low-carb tortillas according to the package instructions to make them more pliable.
Place a heaping spoonful of the chicken mixture along one edge of each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, enclosing the filling, and place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the taquitos from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos with optional toppings such as sour cream, chopped green onions, or chopped cilantro.
