Kekse Crunchy Carachoc with Chocolate and Peanuts

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Work the butter with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the egg yolk and mix well.

Add the flour and salt to the mixture and mix until you get a soft dough.
Form small sausages of dough, flatten them slightly and make a cavity in the center.

 

 

 

Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cookies should be lightly browned. Leave to cool on a rack.
Pour the melted chocolate into the hollow of each cookie, then sprinkle with caramelized peanuts. Let the chocolate set before tasting.
Tip 💡:
For an even more delicious result, you can replace the peanuts with caramel pieces or even crushed hazelnuts.
