Ingredients:
60g breadcrumbs (for the base)
3 courgettes, thinly sliced
10g salt (for the courgettes)
200g peeled and sliced potatoes
400ml water
3 eggs
10g salt (for the mixture)
5g black pepper
100g flour
40g breadcrumbs (for the topping)
1 onion, finely chopped
250g sliced mushrooms
120g grated mozzarella cheese
20ml oil (for cooking and greasing the baking tray)
Oil to grease a 22 x 22
Prepare the tray:
Grease a 22 x 22 cm baking tray with oil.
Sprinkle 60 g of breadcrumbs evenly over the bottom of the tray.
