1- Start by separating the egg yolk from the white. Take the yolk and add the vanilla extract, flour and baking powder in a bowl. mix.

  1. Now we take the egg whites and beat them with the addition of twice the sugar.
    3.add them to the first bowl and mix.
    4- Take a hot pan on low heat and start adding the mixture. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
    5- Chop fruits, add powdered sugar and maple syrup and serve hot!
