Instructions:
Make the Dough:
In a large bowl, beat the egg and mix with water.
Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, kneading until smooth.
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Make the Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground meat with the chopped onions until golden brown.
Season with black pepper, chili flakes and salt to taste. Set aside to cool.
Assemble the Pies:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each circle, then fold and seal the edges to form a half-moon shape.
Grease a baking sheet with butter and place the pâtés on it.
