Hot milk cake, my family is totally crazy about it
Vanilla essence 1 TL
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Butter 2 EL
Preparation
1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C, grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with a little flour.
2. Then mix the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
3. Now heat the milk and butter in a saucepan until the butter melts. Keep it warm.
4. Take the eggs in a large bowl. Beat the eggs over high heat
Speed up for 3 minutes or until thickened and slightly discolored.
5. Now add the sugar and beat again for 3-4 minutes at medium speed.
