2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cornstarch
Make marinade sauce with all the ingredients besides the last 6 ingredients.
Add shrimp to 1/3 of the sauce and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Whisk cornstarch into remaining sauce and put aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add oil and then broccoli. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Remove from skillet and put aside.
Add butter and cook shrimp & sausage on each side about 2 minutes, until shrimp are pink and form a “c” shape.
Add in remaining sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes. Add in broccoli and toss with other ingredients. Serve over rice or noodles or simply the way it is!
