For the sauce:

Butter

60 g (¼ cup)

3 cloves garlic, chopped

All-purpose flour

15 g (1 tablespoon)

Milk

250 ml (1 cup)

A pinch of salt

Paprika

½ teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese

40g (¼ cup)

2 slices of cheese

How to Make Potato Dumplings
Step 1

Grate the potatoes using a mandolin or any other slicer, into thin strips.

Cover the thin potato strips with water to rinse them.
