Homemade Immune Boost Juice: Pineapple, Turmeric, Carrot & Lemon

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and peel the carrots and fresh turmeric (if using fresh root).
Cut the pineapple into small chunks.
Juice the lemon and remove any seeds.

Step 2: Blend Everything Together

In a high-speed blender, combine:

Pineapple chunks

Chopped carrots

Fresh turmeric (or turmeric powder)

Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Water or orange juice (if using)
Blend on high speed until completely smooth.

Step 3: Enhance with Black Pepper

Add a small pinch of black pepper to improve the absorption of curcumin from turmeric.
Blend again for a few seconds to incorporate.

Step 4: Strain (Optional for a Smoother Juice)
