Homemade Fanta Recipe: Chemical-Free and Fresh for 2 Years!

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
    • Clean the peel of oranges and lemons using a mixture of baking soda and water. Rinse them thoroughly.
    • Remove the top rind from the fruits, including the white part to avoid bitterness.
  2. Cook the Fruits:
    • Cut the fruits into pieces and place them in a pot with 3 liters of water.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
    • After cooking, blend the fruits and filter the resulting pulp.
  3. Prepare the Syrup:
    • In a new pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil and add 200 g of sugar.
    • Cook the mixture until it forms a syrup, then remove it from the heat.
  4. Combine the Ingredients:
    • Pour the hot syrup into the fruit mixture and mix well.
    • Filter the mixture again to obtain a smoother liquid.
  5. Bottle the Homemade Fanta:
    • Pour the homemade Fanta into clean, dry glass bottles while it is still hot.
    • Close the lids tightly to prevent air from entering.
    • Let the bottles cool for 20-24 hours.
