Homemade Chocolate Turtles
Melt Chocolate: In the microwave or using a double boiler, melt the almond bark or chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip Clusters in Chocolate: Drop each pecan cluster into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Use a fork to lift the cluster, tapping gently to let excess chocolate drip off. Place the dipped clusters back on the parchment paper to set.
Store: Once fully set, store the turtles in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2-3 weeks.
Servings: Makes about 20 turtles
