Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
Grill or Bake:
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
