- 3-4 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper (optional)
- 100 g of cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- Sunflower vegetable oil
Method of Preparation:
1. Preparing the Potatoes and Onions:
- Peel and grate the potatoes using a grater with large holes.
- Rinse the grated potatoes well in cold water to remove excess starch, then allow them to drain in a colander.
- Cut the peeled onions into half rings.
