Easy Chocolate Truffles
🍴 Preparation:
1️⃣ Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie. 🔥
2️⃣ Add the butter in small cubes and mix until well incorporated.
3️⃣ Off the heat, add the egg yolks, vanilla sugar and icing sugar. For an ultra-smooth texture, replace the vanilla sugar with 10 g of icing sugar and a drop of liquid vanilla. 🍯
4️⃣ Mix until you obtain a smooth dough, then refrigerate for 1 hour to harden. ❄️
5️⃣ Once cooled, shape small balls and roll them in cocoa powder. ☕
6️⃣ Arrange them on a serving dish and enjoy! 😋
Tip: Keep the truffles cool and take them out 10 minutes before serving. 🕒
