Approach:
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, place them in an ovenproof dish, add salt and season with herbes de Provence.
Rub them with crushed garlic and pour olive oil over them. Wash the onion, cut it into strips and spread it over the meat.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into crescents and add them to the meat. Salt and pepper everything again, cover with cooking cream and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the food 10 minutes before the end of cooking and let it cook. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
