Dessert “Winter Caps” – economical, very tasty, quick! NO cooking, gelatin and eggs melt in your mouth!
Introduction: Welcome everyone! Today I am sharing with you a very popular and economical dessert: the famous “Winter Cap” dessert. This delicacy, which requires no cooking, gelatin or eggs, resembles charming winter hats, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients :
500 ml milk
80 g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
35 g cornstarch
20 g butter
Topping of your choice (nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate)
Instructions :
Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and cornstarch.
Gradually add dry ingredients to milk.
Heat mixture in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add butter without stirring, then pour into molds and refrigerate for an hour.
After cooling, remove the molds and decorate with favorite toppings (nuts, chocolate, coconut flakes).
