Delicious raspberry millefeuille: a gourmet recipe to enjoy

πŸ₯ 3 sheets of puff pastry (approx. 270 g, available in Polish stores)
πŸ“ 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
🍚 50 g powdered sugar
πŸ‹ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
πŸ₯› 250 ml cream 36%
🍦 100 g mascarpone
🍯 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for the cream
🍫 50g dark chocolate
🍢 100 g icing (powdered sugar + a few drops of lemon juice + a little water)

1️⃣ We bake puff pastry
βœ”οΈ Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.
βœ”οΈ Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
βœ”οΈ Cover the dough with a second sheet of baking paper and place the second baking tray on top (this prevents it from rising too much).
βœ”οΈ Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
