Delicious Chocolate and Praline Domes with Mascarpone Mousse

Praline mixture:

Break the caramelized hazelnuts into pieces and blend them in a food processor until you obtain a smooth praline paste.

Preparation of Mascarpone Mousse:

Basic mixture:
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Preparing the whipped cream:
Whip the whole liquid cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula, being careful not to let the mousse collapse.

Assembly of the Domes:

Filling the shells:
Fill the hardened chocolate shells with a layer of praline.

Adding the mousse:
Add the mascarpone mousse on top of the praline until the chocolate shells are filled.

Seal the domes:
If necessary, cover the domes with a thin layer of melted chocolate to seal them
