Delicious Chocolate and Praline Domes with Mascarpone Mousse

A refined and gourmet dessert with a crunchy chocolate shell, a tasty praline heart and a light and creamy mascarpone mousse. A real delight for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients :

For the Chocolate Domes:

200 g of dark chocolate
For the Praline:

100 g of hazelnuts
100 g of caster sugar
For the Mascarpone Mousse:

250 g of mascarpone
100 ml of whole liquid cream

50g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preparation of Chocolate Domes:

Melt the chocolate:
Finely chop the dark chocolate.
Melt 2/3 of the chocolate in a bain-marie until it reaches about 45°C (113°F).

Remove from heat and add remaining 1/3 chopped chocolate, stirring until chocolate is smooth and reaches about 31°C (88°F).
