Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat up and place it on top of the shell for presentation.
Lightly season the lobster meat with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Cook the mixture for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Lobster Tails:

Arrange the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon some of the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
Bake the lobster tails for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
Broil for Extra Color:

For a golden finish, switch the oven to broil and cook the lobster tails for an additional 2-3 minutes. Keep a close eye to prevent overcooking.
Serve with Extra Sauce:
