Crispy Chicken Tenders with Fries
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken tenders: Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
Set up the breading station: In one bowl, add the flour. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Bread the chicken: Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat it with the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
Fry the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Drain on paper towels.
