Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
- Toss with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, curry powder, and maple syrup.
- Heat skillet with remaining oil until very hot.
- Sear cauliflower for 5 minutes until golden.
- Transfer to oven and roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir every 5 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
Storage
- Refrigerate: Up to 4 days.
- Not freezer friendly.
- Best served immediately.
Notes
- Use high heat oil.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan.
- Watch carefully while searing.
