Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
  3. Toss with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, curry powder, and maple syrup.
  4. Heat skillet with remaining oil until very hot.
  5. Sear cauliflower for 5 minutes until golden.
  6. Transfer to oven and roast for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Stir every 5 minutes until crispy.
  8. Garnish and serve immediately.

Storage

  • Refrigerate: Up to 4 days.
  • Not freezer friendly.
  • Best served immediately.

  • Use high heat oil.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan.
