Creamy pear and sour cream cake!

Step 1
For the dough, knead the flour, sugar, butter, egg and baking powder together. Knead into a dough and wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.

2nd step
For the filling, peel the pears, remove the core and quarter them. Cut thin slices and mix them in a bowl with the lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan oven: 160 degrees). Grease the springform pan (Ø26cm).

3rd step
Mix the sour cream, low-fat quark, sugar and egg until smooth. Add the vanilla pudding powder and mix.

4th step
Press the shortcrust pastry into the greased springform pan, forming a 3-4 cm edge. Arrange the pear slices on the dough from the outside to the inside. Pour the sour cream mixture over them. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
