Cream Millefeuille: The Mouth-Watering Dessert You Should Try
Preparation :
Cream: Break the eggs into a saucepan and add the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla sugar and turmeric. Mix well and add the hot milk, bring to the boil to thicken. Cover with aluminium foil and leave to cool.
Cherry coulis: Cook the cherries with the sugar, then whisk. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add to the cherries to thicken.
Whisk the butter and cream.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
Make holes in the dough, add the sugar and cook at 200° for 30-40 minutes.
Assemble the mille-feuille.
Put it in the fridge to cool and take it out when ready to serve
