Cleaning the hood
The cooker hood is a necessary appliance for the elimination of vapours, fumes and odours that are released during the cooking of food. Its use guarantees the possibility of keeping the air in the environment always clean and free of contaminants. In fact, its function is to suck in all the smoke generated during cooking. There are two different types of hood: the extractor and the filtering hood. The extractor hood expels the air drawn in into the kitchen through a duct that reaches the outside. The filtering hood sucks in all the smoke released, purifies it by filtering it and reintroduces it into the kitchen environment.
How many times does it happen that after toasting something your house is filled with strong and persistent odours? It happens very often and it is a very annoying condition. This happens because the hood has not been activated or because it has not been cleaned properly. If it is not cleaned constantly, the suction capacity is seriously compromised. That is why we must commit to its cleaning and maintenance so that it always has a high performance.
One glass is enough and your hood will thank you.
Coming home in the evening after long hours of work and realizing that the house smells like roast meat for lunch: it is certainly not the best welcome. We rush to open all the windows in the house, and in addition to letting in the frost, the smells do not disappear in a short time, on the contrary. If you are wondering why you still smell this smell even though you have used the hood, the answer is this: your appliance urgently needs a deep cleaning. When the hood is clean, the air can be drawn in and filtered much more easily. When it is dirty, the passage of fumes is blocked, making it difficult to expel them.
