Ingredients (for 8 people)
For the rolled biscuit:
4 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g flour
1 tablespoon instant coffee (dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water)
1 pinch salt
For the coffee cream:
250 g mascarpone
200 ml whole liquid cream (very cold)
80 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons strong coffee (or espresso)
1 tablespoon instant coffee
For the syrup:
100 ml water
50 g sugar
2 tablespoons strong coffee or espresso
