250 g mascarpone
200 ml whole liquid cream (very cold)
80 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons strong coffee (or espresso)
1 tablespoon instant coffee
For the syrup:
100 ml water
50 g sugar
2 tablespoons strong coffee or espresso
